2024 Halliwick Allotment Committee Meetings

2024 Halliwick Allotment Annual General Meeting (AGM), November 21st, Thursday, at Coppetts Wood Primary school, arrival from 6:30 pm for a 7:00 pm start

  - The Association holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) taking place in November each calendar year. It is each member’s responsibility to enquire about the AGM date and location. Notice of the AGM date and location can be found on the Noticeboards at the Trading hut, the Newsletters and the Association’s website.
  - Any member can bring a question for discussion at the AGM providing they submit their question in writing to the Secretary, two weeks in advance.
  - Attendance of the AGM is compulsory for all members. Failure to attend will result in a £10 fine. If a member cannot attend, they must notify the Secretary well in advance to avoid the fine.

  - If you wish to join the committee you must complete the Nomination for the Committee form and hand it in to the Secretary at least two weeks prior to the AGM. Please review the paper of model role descriptions for the committee, its members and its officers, published by BAF.

2025 Halliwick Allotment Rent
  - Rent is is payable in advance, on the 1st of January to 28 days thereafter, on the days and at the time and place appointed by the Committee, to the Secretary or person authorised to receive it.
