2025 Halliwick Park Allotments - Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Thursday 20 November 2025,
 at Coppetts Wood Primary school, arrival from 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start

1. The Association holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) taking place in November each calendar year. It is each member’s responsibility to enquire about the AGM date and location. Notice of the AGM date and location can be found on the Noticeboards, at the Trading hut, the Newsletters and the Association’s website.
2. Any member can bring a question for discussion at the AGM providing they submit their question in writing to the Secretary, two weeks in advance.
3. Attendance of the AGM is compulsory for all members. Failure to attend will result in a £10 fine. If a member cannot attend, they must notify the Secretary well in advance to avoid the fine.

4. If you wish to join the committee you must complete the Nomination for the Committee form and hand it in to the Secretary at least 14 DAYS prior to the AGM date. Please review the paper of model role descriptions for the committee, its members and its officers, published by BAF. We particularly welcome applications from individuals with knowledge or experience in legal affairs, administration, or health and safety.

2026 Halliwick Allotment Rent
  - Rent is is payable in advance, on the 1st of January to 28 days thereafter, on the days and at the time and place appointed by the Committee, to the Secretary or person authorised to receive it.
